Open the rinse-aid dispenser cap beside the detergent cup, fill it to the "max" line with liquid rinse aid, wipe up any spills, and set the dispenser dial toward a higher setting if dishes still spot or stay wet.

Find the rinse-aid dispenser on the inside of the door, next to the detergent cup — it has a round cap, often marked with a fan or star icon.
Twist the cap open, pour in liquid rinse aid until it reaches the "full" or "max" indicator, and stop before it overflows.
Close the cap firmly and wipe away any rinse aid that spilled onto the door — excess can foam and leave residue.
Run a normal cycle. If dishes still come out wet or spotty, turn the dispenser's dose dial up a notch and try again.
